Where can I find the machine's serial number?

That depends on the model.

For the Multifruit commercial juicer, the serial number is located on the back of the machine. You'll need to remove the waste bin to access it.

For other juicers, the serial number is located on the bottom or on the sides of the machine.

Why won't my machine turn on?

Check that all parts of the machine are properly installed. Check that the switch on the back is in the ON position. Finally, check the fuse.

When I press the button to turn the machine on, the light flashes but the juicer doesn't work. Why is that?

Make sure the machine door is properly closed. If the machine still won't start, check the door for damage.

How can I order spare parts for my machine?

You can order spare parts via the product page of the machine for which you need parts.

Scroll down on that page until you see the "Buy Spare Parts" section. There you can select and order the correct parts.

Where can I find the part for my Zumex?

You can download a parts list for each Zumex type via our service page and documents.

Find the part number in the list and then go to the spare parts shop. There you can search for the correct part by part number and order it directly.
